biiiiiiig portfolio update today including the Mickey's ad campaign I have been working on. I also updated the galleries with my beauty shoot that I recently did with James Vincent. Expect more in the future.
This month has been pretty busy. I shot another UFC fighter series for Micky's liquor. We went to Hilo, HI and shot BJ Penn and Kendall Grove at BJ's gym. It was a hell of a place! I was impressed with the professionalism of it all.
I also went to 2 Laker's finals game here in LA. The energy at an event liek that is overwhelming. Everyone on their feet, unified, and cheering for the home team was really cool, although they lost.
I have paintball in Bolingbrook, IL (not to be confused with Chicago) so i will get to start fading away that farmer tan really quick.
Also here are some of my new business cards. Chris Dilts designed them. They are a mix of British modern design with a modern flair.
I have had a busy ass week and I need a day off. So here. It's Alex Fraige in the newest issue of PGI. Pick it up at any magazine rack near you. It will either be in the sports section..... or the gun section.
Alex Fraige
Oh, and that button he has is of Daniel Day Lewis as Bill the Butcher from the film Gangs of New York.
...I shot some images for Fusion Sign. They are a printing company that also makes the trophies for the NPPL events. We spent a day at raza paintball park shooting with Dynasty and a few Infamous players. It was some hard work but we got some really awesome images of these guys for a series of life size stand ups.
Huntington Beach was of course great! The event is pretty much on auto pilot. It's hard to go wrong with a paintball tournament at the beach. Some of you may be wanting to get copies of your portrait that I took. So follow the link to my flickr account to
The city is totally dead today as traffic is at zero. You would think that people actually give a shit about Presidents Day. Who gets this day off besides government related jobs?
anyway, my picture made it to the killing machine site in under an hour of taking them.
What a narcissistic prick.
Anyway, today I take my taxes to my accountant. I actually made about 10 more than I had anticipated this year. Good for me.
In shooting news, I have Alex Fraige of San Diego Dynasty coming in studio next week along with his trainer, Phaen, to do a work out pictorial series for PGI Magazine.
I finished my taxes and i got bored. I also drank a bunch of Vodka. I am trying to take pictures of myself for Killing Machine Apparel. They had a last minute shirt that I had to get in really quick. They told me to just take a picture of myself which i am finding out is a bit more difficult without a remote shutter trigger. I feel like my Mom using a timer on the camera...not that she ever used the timer.
I had a shit ton of receipts to go through which took me 3 days to get everything sorted and added up. New computer here I come! I am spending what is left of my savings after taxes and buying a new iMac computer. I cant wait to take advantage of the processing speed. My G5 has been a champ but it tends to slow a bit and I need the speed now more than ever.
